We are committed to reviewing properly submitted copyright infringement notices and taking appropriate action in accordance with applicable copyright laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

### 2. DMCA Copyright Infringement Notifications
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that material available on PrivateFap.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal removal request to:

### 3. Review and Response Time
PrivateFap.com aims to review properly submitted copyright infringement notices within **72 hours of receipt**.
This timeframe refers to the initial review of a complaint and does not guarantee that every investigation or removal decision will be completed within 72 hours.
Valid infringement notices will be handled expeditiously in accordance with applicable law.
Where appropriate, reported material may be removed or access to it may be disabled.
### 4. Incomplete or Invalid DMCA Notices
DMCA notifications must substantially comply with the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).
Notices that do not contain the legally required information may be considered incomplete and may not qualify as valid DMCA notifications.
PrivateFap.com reserves the right to request additional information or clarification when necessary to identify the material, verify the complaint, or evaluate the reported infringement.
Incomplete notices will not automatically be treated as legally sufficient DMCA notifications. However, complaints containing sufficient information to identify the reported material may still be reviewed, and reasonable steps may be taken to obtain missing information where required by law.
### 5. False or Misleading Copyright Claims
Submitting a copyright infringement notice does not automatically establish ownership of the reported material or prove that infringement has occurred.
Anyone who knowingly makes material misrepresentations concerning alleged copyright infringement may be subject to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
PrivateFap.com reserves the right to review suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading complaints and take appropriate action consistent with applicable law.
### 6. Counter-Notifications
If material has been removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notification, the affected party may submit a counter-notification where permitted by law.
A valid counter-notification must include:
1. A physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material removed or disabled and its previous location.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. The sender's name, address, and telephone number.
5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States Federal District Court, as specified in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), and accepting service of process from the original complainant or their agent.

PrivateFap.com maintains a policy addressing repeat copyright infringement.
Where applicable and appropriate, access or submission privileges of repeat infringers may be restricted or terminated.
We may also remove or disable access to material associated with repeated copyright violations.
### 8. Non-Consensual and Illegal Content
PrivateFap.com does not tolerate content involving minors, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual intimate material.
Individuals appearing in content who believe their privacy, consent, or other legal rights have been violated may submit a removal request.
Such reports do not need to establish copyright ownership and will be assessed separately from formal DMCA notifications.
