Cookies and similar browser storage
PrivateFap uses technical cookies for security, authentication and the functions you request, together with optional browser storage for your saved videos. Optional statistics and advertising scripts are loaded according to the separate choices described below. Empty or disabled advertising spaces do not load a provider script.
Your choice
The compact banner offers “Accetta tutti” (accept all), “Solo essenziali” (essential only) and “Personalizza” (customize). Customization has independent, initially disabled choices for Preferences, Statistics and Advertising; essential security functions remain enabled. The secure host-only __Host-PFConsent, __Host-PFAnalyticsConsent and __Host-PFAdvertisingConsent cookies record these choices for up to 180 days without extending that time on each page visit. Older choices do not grant a new advertising purpose. Browser settings may remove preferences earlier.
You can change your choices with “Preferenze cookie” in the footer or “Cookie” in Shorts. Rejecting optional choices does not prevent normal browsing, account access or requested security functions. Cookies must be enabled to save a choice.
Technical cookies
PRIVATEFAPCOMMENTI and PRIVATEFAPCONTATTI are session cookies used for form security, CAPTCHA and submission feedback. PRIVATEFAPGESTIONE is a private administrator session cookie. These cookies are required for the relevant functions and are not advertising cookies.
__Host-PFReaction is a secure, HttpOnly anonymous identifier used to recognise a visitor’s existing reaction and prevent repeated votes. It lasts up to 180 days and remains available when optional storage is rejected because it supports the reaction and anti-abuse functions. It does not contain a name, email address or raw IP address. Reaction votes are stored separately on the server; changing cookie preferences does not delete votes or reset counters. Temporary anti-abuse references expire after 48 hours and are removed hourly. A browser that deletes its identifier cannot always be recognised as the same visitor; additional rate limits and CAPTCHA remain in place.
Saved videos
If you accept optional storage, privatefap.saved.v1 in localStorage remembers up to 500 saved video references on this browser. privatefap.saved.expires.v1 sets their usable lifetime to the expiry of your 180-day preference. Expired entries are no longer used and are replaced or removed when the site next checks storage. Browser storage does not have an automatic deletion timer when you are not visiting the site. A previous site version may have used yuplay.saved.v1; existing saved items can be imported when you accept.
If you reject, saved videos use sessionStorage instead, for the current browser session. Optional persistent saved-video data is removed on rejection. Browser session restoration may retain session data according to your browser settings. “Cancella salvati” in the footer lets you clear saved videos. Rejecting does not prevent browsing, playing videos, commenting or reporting content.
Network security and external links
Cloudflare provides traffic protection and may use strictly necessary security cookies when a security check is required. PrivateFap does not use those cookies for advertising. Sharing buttons open the external service you choose only when clicked; that service has its own privacy and cookie rules.

Anonymous popularity statistics
If you accept optional features, the site counts clicks on video tags to order its tag list. Only the tag and its aggregate click total are recorded for this feature; no additional visitor identifier or IP address is stored. Rejecting optional features disables tag click counting. Recent video activity uses qualifying playback events and never displays visitor identities. Promotional initial views are excluded from category popularity.
Community authentication and social sign-in
__Host-PFAccount is a Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax technical cookie used to authenticate your Community account. It lasts up to twenty-four hours from sign-in, without an additional inactivity timeout. Logging out, account restrictions or security revocation can end a session earlier. __Host-PFAccountPresent is a separate short technical marker used to prepare account controls. It does not authenticate you and contains no nickname, email address or password.
__Host-PFCommunityContext is a protected technical session cookie for Community form security, CAPTCHA and the temporary state used to complete social sign-in. Sign-in state and a registration in progress are usable for ten minutes and are held on the server, not as a social access token in browser storage. These cookies support the account functions you explicitly request; they are not advertising cookies.
No social sign-in SDK or tracking widget is loaded automatically by this implementation. Google and Telegram sign-in use a browser redirect when the corresponding provider is configured and enabled. If you click an enabled provider's button, you visit that service and its own cookies and privacy rules apply. X and Reddit sign-in are not offered.
Account favorites, playlists and enabled account history are stored on the server and are distinct from the local saved-video storage described above. Your account privacy settings control account history and public sharing. Rejecting optional browser storage does not by itself delete the account, its playlists or its existing votes.
Optional statistics — November 1, 2026
Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-NQ39QVSVB4) is loaded only after the Statistics choice is accepted. No Google tag or Analytics event is sent by this integration before that choice. Analytics may use host-only _ga and _ga_NQ39QVSVB4 cookies configured for up to 180 days without renewal on every visit. Browser restrictions can shorten their lifetime. Google signals and ad-personalization features are not enabled by this integration.
The administrator has enabled Google's Enhanced Measurement. Google manages automatic page views and supported interactions; the site does not add a second manual page_view event. Initial page locations and labels supplied by the site are minimized; transitions between public Shorts use their public page addresses. The site does not set account identifiers, email addresses, private messages or login tokens as Analytics user data. Private account, administration and messaging routes do not load the tag; non-public video and album pages are excluded. Media files and API responses do not load it either. Do not enter unnecessary personal data in public content or search fields.
A separate, invisible counter slot can be configured by the administrator, for example with Histats. If enabled it follows the Statistics choice and is not displayed as a visible counter. The counter is not enabled merely by creating the empty slot. Provider cookies and processing depend on the code actually activated. Withdrawing Statistics disables subsequent Google measurement and removes accessible _ga cookies. If another counter was loaded, the current page reloads to remove its running scripts. This does not automatically erase data already collected or cookies controlled by another provider. Changes are shared between open site tabs. Advertising spaces
The administrator can configure a mobile banner, a popunder and an instant-message advertisement, including services such as ExoClick or Adsterra. Empty or disabled spaces produce no advertisement or reserved blank area. Advertising code is excluded from administrative, sign-in, account-management and private-message pages. The mobile banner is not inserted in the Shorts feed.
Code using optional advertising technologies is loaded only after the Advertising choice. The administrator may separately enable a verified contextual advertisement without optional tracking; that mode does not turn a tracking script into a cookie-free script. Advertising delivery is therefore distinct from optional tracking consent. The provider, formats and purposes must match the code actually enabled. Withdrawing Advertising removes the mobile banner and reloads a page that already ran third-party popunder or instant-message code. The reload removes code and event listeners from that document; it cannot erase a third party's cookies or historical records. A provider's own processing and browser restrictions continue to apply.
